原味烤大虾
青虾富含蛋白质、磷和钙,对孩子来说是比较好的食物,以前只做水煮的虾给孩子吃,但就算加了葱姜还是会有淡淡的腥味,用烤箱烤过虾后,虾肉干香劲道,没有了腥味,只有浓浓的虾肉香,孩子一口气吃了十来只。大人吃可以直接带壳嚼,又脆又香。

  • 1.青虾洗净
  • 2.在虾尾巴出第二节用牙签挑出虾线
  • 3.在挑虾线的时候烤箱预热,180度5分钟
  • 4.烤盘刷油,然后把挑好虾线的虾均匀的摆满烤盘
  • 5.180度20分钟即可。
  • 6.烤好的虾装盘即可享用
