佛卡夏面包刚出炉的时候是表皮脆脆的,自我感觉等凉透之后更有味,从刚开始不喜欢到现在迷上了它,有点嚼劲,有点咸味,这次被我加了一些蔓越莓果干进去,味道更加的完美,自己做的很健康哦。

  • 橄榄油40克
  • 蔓越莓50克
  • 高粉20克

Steps to make 蔓越莓佛卡夏

  • 1.准备所有食材
  • 2.把面粉桶内加入水,盐,糖加入面粉和酵母
  • 3.新鲜的迷迭香洗净后加入5克橄榄油拌匀
  • 4.搅拌约十分钟后面团充分成形后慢慢的加入15克橄榄油继续搅拌至面团全部吸收橄榄油
  • 5.取出面团揉成光滑的面团盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 6.之后用手压成长方形状表面抹上一层薄薄的橄榄油后过筛一层高粉于表面
  • 7.然后折叠3层
  • 8.放回面包机盖上发酵至2倍大
  • 9.取出排气后平压成正方形,加入一半蔓越莓干
  • 10.叠被子那样叠起转动90度后再折叠3层
  • 11.之后放入烤盘用手往四周推平,拉伸面团使之于烤盘大小吻合,用手指尖轻压表面产生细小的压痕
  • 12.发酵至2倍大,表面刷上橄榄油,加入剩下蔓越莓干和迷迭香。
  • 13.烤箱190度预热后放入烤盘烤至表面金黄18至20分钟即可待凉后切块享用
