鱿鱼黑豆糯米饭

  • 酱油1勺
  • 蚝油1匙
  • 生姜5片
  • 香葱2根
  • 黑胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 鱿鱼黑豆糯米饭

  • 1.将鱿鱼的黑膜撕掉,其他的附件也去除掉。
  • 2.洗净沥干水份。
  • 3.生姜片和葱段放鱿鱼中。
  • 4.加料酒,蚝油,生抽,酱油,黑胡椒酱。
  • 5.揉搓几分钟,鱿鱼里外都要揉搓到酱汁,腌制一夜。
  • 6.黑豆淘洗干净浸泡一夜。
  • 7.糯米同样也淘洗干净浸泡一夜。
  • 8.将浸泡发的黑豆糯米混合加生抽,黑胡椒,食盐。
  • 9.搅拌均匀。
  • 10.将糯米装入鱿鱼肚中,不要装太满,大概六七分满。
  • 11.用牙签将鱿鱼口子封住。
  • 12.用牙签在鱿鱼身上扎些细孔。
  • 13.放蒸锅中大火上气后改小火蒸3小时。
  • 14.蒸至糯米完全透明熟透。
  • 15.待凉透后再切成厚片。
  • 16.摆盘即可享用。
