Steps to make 虾仁南瓜拌饭

  • 1.准备好所需的食材
  • 2.大米和紫米用洗水淘洗过后,放入电饭煲中,加入适量的水浸泡10分钟
  • 3.电饭煲接通电源,选择柴火饭功能,按开始键
  • 4.南瓜用刷子将皮反复刷洗干净,随意切大块
  • 5.鲜虾去皮和虾线洗干净后加料酒腌制3~5分钟
  • 6.锅里倒入少许油放入蒜小火炒出香味后,加入虾仁一起翻炒
  • 7.等虾仁炒至表面变色时,加入洗干净的青豆一起翻炒
  • 8.大约炒30秒左右加入南瓜、耗油和少许盐一起翻炒均匀关火
  • 9.打开电饭煲锅盖放入炒好的菜,盖上盖子继续煮
  • 10.等待电饭煲跳至保温状态时关掉电源焖3~5分钟即可
