巧克力裂纹曲奇

  • 黑巧克力100g
  • 黄油45g
  • 鸡蛋75g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 泡打粉1.25ml
  • 可可粉12g

Steps to make 巧克力裂纹曲奇

  • 1.先把所有材料备好。
  • 2.黄油、黑巧克力隔热水融化!不断搅拌成液态!
  • 3.加入细砂糖搅拌均匀!
  • 4.鸡蛋打散、分两次加入并搅拌均匀,使其呈浓稠的糊状!
  • 5.这样就差不多了!
  • 6.低筋面粉、可可粉、泡打粉混合后筛入到巧克力混合物里。
  • 7.继续搅拌均匀成浓稠的面糊!再放入冰箱冷藏至少一个小时!(也可以冷藏一夜哦)
  • 8.冷藏后的面糊搓成均匀的小球,再蘸满厚厚的糖粉!
  • 9.摆盘!注意小球间留点足够的空隙、烘焙的过程中会自然塌成圆饼状并产生漂亮的花纹!
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱 中层 上下火170度 烤20-25分钟左右当曲奇摸上去硬硬的就可以出炉了!
