Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.葱姜蒜备好。
  • 2.鲈鱼去鳞去肠洗干净,加盐、白酒腌制5、6分钟。
  • 3.葱姜蒜放入盆中,放入鲈鱼。
  • 4.蒸锅加水烧开,将装有鲈鱼盆放入蒸锅盖上锅盖蒸。(鱼太大,盘在了盆中)。
  • 5.蒸熟的鲈鱼放到鱼池,添加葱丝。
  • 6.淋上热油。
  • 7.再加蒸鱼豉油。
  • 8.即可享用。
