香辣虾
香辣虾是过年必不可少的一道硬菜。
虾麻辣香味浓,肉质紧韧爽脆,味道好吃,待客也不失面子。

  • 大蒜3粒
  • 香菜1颗
  • 白糖少许
  • 料酒1勺
  • 胡椒粉1勺

Steps to make 香辣虾

  • 1.准备活虾16只。
  • 2.用剪刀剪去虾枪和虾须,从虾背开背去掉虾线用清水冲洗干净。
  • 3.准备葱姜蒜洗干净。
  • 4.大葱切成斜段,大蒜生姜切成片。
  • 5.处理好虾虾腌制5分钟里面加盐,胡椒粉,料酒,葱段和姜片将。
  • 6.准备辣椒段和花椒粒。
  • 7.腌制虾的葱段和姜片取出来,里面分次加入土豆淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 8.锅中倒油,油温五成热将腌制好的虾一个一个放进去,小火炸至酥脆。
  • 9.炸好的的虾捞出控油。
  • 10.锅中留少许底油,小火将花椒炒出香味。
  • 11.再将葱姜蒜和辣椒段放进去炒出香味。
  • 12.里面加少许盐和白糖翻炒均匀。
  • 13.再将炸好的的虾放进去翻炒至虾壳酥脆关火。
  • 14.将切好的香菜段放进去装饰。
  • 15.成品图。
