Steps to make 花生芝麻馅汤圆

  • 1.家里有紫薯和南瓜就用这两样添加在糯米粉里吧,将紫薯和南瓜洗干净,放在高压锅里蒸熟。
  • 2.将花生仁和芝麻提前炒熟备用
  • 3.将花生仁去掉外皮
  • 4.将花生仁和黑芝麻分别擀碎成粉,有料理机的用料理机,我没有就用的擀面棍擀的
  • 5.将蒸熟的紫薯和南瓜用筷子拌 成泥,花生粉和芝麻粉放入猪油、白糖拌好
  • 6.将两种泥趁热加入糯米粉和成面团
  • 7.取面团揪小齐子,按圆饼包入拌好的花生芝麻馅团圆
  • 8.包好的生胚
  • 9.锅中烧开水下入汤圆生胚,中火煮到汤圆漂起来至软糯即可
