只要是自己喜欢的,怎么做都可以。喜欢吃外皮厚一点的面包面皮就擀得厚一些,反之就像我这样薄一些,甜甜的豆沙直接勾引你。一起做吧~·

  • 红豆沙200g

  • 1.除了豆沙之外,所有面团材料依次放入面包机,先放液体材料,最后放面粉,面粉上挖坑埋好酵母,启动和面程序,揉面40分钟后发酵。大约1小时后面发酵至两倍大,手指沾面粉,插孔面团不回缩,发酵好了
  • 2.取出面团挤压排气
  • 3.分成六等份,滚圆,在饧10分钟,这段时间可以把豆沙分成8等份滚圆
  • 4.取一个面团压扁或擀好,放入事先准备好的豆沙馅
  • 5.收口包严
  • 6.收口向下,轻轻压扁,慢慢擀成稍长些的椭圆形
  • 7.用锋利的刀片,在面团上切割,切成均匀的口,只是切透上面一层哦
  • 8.切好后从侧面卷起
  • 9.卷完,卷成长筒状,底边朝下
  • 10.两头往中间合拢,把其中一头卷紧些,插入另一头捏紧捏实,放入烤盘,盖好,二次发酵
  • 11.发酵至两倍大,面皮处刷蛋液
  • 12.放入预热好180度的烤箱中层,上下火,烤制15分钟,上色稍微满意时加盖锡纸,为了美观我用了两个烤箱烤,也可以一个盘挤挤哦
