  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.猪蹄斩块洗净,加葱姜料酒焯水。
  • 3.焯好的猪蹄用温水洗净表面浮沫。
  • 4.处理好的猪蹄加入所有香料,生姜,葱,老抽,生抽,盐,白糖,漫过猪蹄的清水。
  • 5.用高压锅煮烂。
  • 6.卤煮好的猪蹄晾开表面水份。
  • 7.刷上食用油烤箱200度预热后烤制20分钟。
  • 8.最后撒点熟芝麻就可以。
