香葱苏打饼干

  • 酵母粉4g
  • 低筋面粉90g

Steps to make 香葱苏打饼干

  • 1.葱去掉葱白。
  • 2.尽量切细点。
  • 3.将油皮的材料都倒进去。
  • 4.捏成面团,发酵一个小时。
  • 5.把油酥的材料都倒进去捏成团。
  • 6.面团发酵好了。
  • 7.擀成薄皮。
  • 8.放入油酥。
  • 9.四边对折。
  • 10.重复2次擀成薄皮,对折,再擀薄皮,这样层次会比较多。
  • 11.分成长方形的片状,尽量擀薄点。
  • 12.在上面用叉子扎出小孔,放入烤箱,我的烤箱温度偏高,我用的是120度上下火,烤20分钟。
  • 13.好了,香味扑鼻。
