煮羊肉汤

  • 白芷5g
  • 生姜一块
  • 胡椒粉1勺

Steps to make 煮羊肉汤

  • 1.准备一块羊肉。
  • 2.用清水洗干净浸泡半小时祛除羊肉的血腥味。
  • 3.羊肉切块,再准备半根胡萝卜洗干净。
  • 4.将胡萝卜洗干净去皮切成滚刀块。
  • 5.生姜切片,准备白芷5克,小茴香适量。
  • 6.锅中倒少许油,油温六成热将羊肉块放进去。
  • 7.大火炒三四分钟。
  • 8.锅中加足开水,大火开盖煮煮20分钟,用勺子去掉上面的浮沫。
  • 9.汤色开始略微变白后,这时候加入白芷、小茴香、生姜,继续开盖煮10分钟。
  • 10.汤色比较白的时候,可以加入胡萝卜了,盖上盖子焖煮20分钟左右,羊肉汤就变的奶白了。
  • 11.里面加少许盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 12.一锅奶白色的羊汤就煮好了。
