  • 胡椒粉3g
  • 花椒粉3g
  • 生抽5g
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 鸡精3g
  • 蒜苗少许

Steps to make 酸辣红薯粉

  • 1.炒锅放少许油烧热,放入豆瓣酱、辣椒粉炒出香味和红油。

  • 3.红薯粉条提前用清水浸泡回软。
  • 4.放入黄豆芽煮至熟,放入粉条。
  • 5.放入花椒粉和陈醋。
  • 6.盛入碗中。
  • 7.撒上蒜苗碎。成品。
