  • 1.糯米、大黄米用水浸泡20小时,杂米热水浸泡2小时。粽叶、马莲草用水略煮后用凉水浸泡备用。
  • 2.将糯米与杂米搅拌,同时放入绵白糖(根据个人口味)拌匀。
  • 3.拿一片粽叶,折叠成漏斗装。
  • 4.装入拌好的米,压实,将长的一段的粽叶,折叠在漏斗上,翻转包裹。
  • 5.包好的粽子,绑上马莲草。
  • 6.锅中装水,没过粽子,大火煮开,转小火煮1小时,即可。
