Steps to make 糍粑鱼块

  • 1.炸好后放入吸油纸上取油
  • 2.另起一锅,倒入少量的油,倒入事先准备的干辣椒,花椒,蒜,葱。炒香
  • 3.倒入洋葱煸炒
  • 4.将醋,酱油,料酒,蚝油,适量倒入小碗中。
  • 5.锅里下入事先炸好的鱼块,翻炒小会,再倒入调好的酱汁。继续翻炒。直至上色,然后起锅。
  • 6.好吃的糍粑鱼块就做好了。
  • 7.倒入洋葱煸炒
  • 8.将醋,酱油,料酒,蚝油,适量倒入小碗中。
  • 9.锅里下入事先炸好的鱼块,翻炒小会,再倒入调好的酱汁。继续翻炒。直至上色,然后起锅。
  • 10.好吃的糍粑鱼块就做好了。
