  • 1.黑芝麻过筛,除去杂质,留几粒完整的黑芝麻备用,其余的用料理机打成粉,过筛
  • 2.与糯米粉混合,分次少量加入热水,团成团,盖好饧面二十分钟
  • 3.同样,将糯米粉与热水混合,团成团,盖好饧面二十分钟
  • 4.取一块儿黑芝麻馅,用手捏成如图的形状
  • 5.用灰色汤圆皮包好
  • 6.整理好形状,封口朝下
  • 7. 另取一块儿白色,捏成椭圆形薄片,贴在肚皮上,按实
  • 8.捏两个白色小球,在眼睛的位置用牙签扎两个小洞,将白色小球填进去,再用熟的整个芝麻粒充当眼睛,鼻子用黑芝麻馅,同样组合好
  • 9.用白色捏成嘴,牙签划出牙缝的印,把黑芝麻馅搓成的长条填入,这就是嘴巴。
  • 10.同理,将肚皮上的纹路做好, 团两团贴在身体两侧,按实。再团出脚,放在肚皮下,用牙签划出痕迹后,将白色细条填入
  • 11.做好的样子
  • 12.烧热水,将龙猫放在勺内,三五分钟煮熟捞出即可。具体时间要根据皮的厚度和整体大小,酌情增减
