酸甜解渴的番茄百香果蜂蜜冰棍
今年夏天格外热,所以我也早早地把冰棍准备上了。家有原汁机,又有冰棍模具,还有最重要的冰箱,天时地利人和,冰棍搞起来。

奶油的固然好吃,但是热量也偏高,一根奶油冰棍的热量跟半碗红烧肉差不了哪去,貌似去暑解渴,却无形中让自己的腰围又粗了起来。

用天然果蔬做的冻棍清爽解渴。单独吃番茄,即使酸也能接受;但如果把它做成冰棍就显得味道太淡也太酸了,所以我加入了百香果和大约30克的蜂蜜。

冰棍冻好后,可可爱爱,吃第一口时还是觉得有点酸,但是清新的口感竟让人欲罢不能,独特的百香果香味更是为这款低脂冰棍增加了一丝魅力。

Steps to make 酸甜解渴的番茄百香果蜂蜜冰棍

  • 1.番茄和百香果清洗干净。
  • 2.番茄去蒂,切小块。
  • 3.用原汁机榨出番茄汁,残渣就舍弃不用了。
  • 4.百香果果肉用小勺挖出,籽不丢弃,吃起来咯吱咯吱,有乐趣也有味道。
  • 5.将百香果肉和果汁倒入番茄汁中,再倒入适量蜂蜜;番茄和百香果的甜度不一样,个人的口味也不一样,蜂蜜酌情加入,想要冰棍甜,混合后尝一尝,比冰冻后的口感偏甜一点就对了;如果只是想要冰凉凉的口味,蜂蜜可以不加或者少加。
  • 6.将提前清洗干净的硅胶冰棍模具准备好,将搅拌均匀的蔬果汁倒入模具中,9-10分满均可。
  • 7.盖上盖子,放在冰格里,送入冰箱冷冻室,冷冻6小时以上,完全结实即可取出食用。
  • 8.这是冻好的冰棍,将硅胶模具轻轻一翻就可完整脱模。如果像这样照片发圈晒图,提前准备一些冰块,将冰棍插入冰块堆里,即使花10分钟拍照,也不用担心冰棍化掉。
