Steps to make 豌杂面

  • 1.面粉中加入少许碱面,搅拌均匀,分次加入150ml水,揉成团。

  • 7.锅中倒油烧热,放入葱花和姜蓉炒香。
  • 8.加入肉末翻炒。
  • 9.肉末中的水分炒干后,加入料酒,生抽和酱油炒匀调味。
  • 10.加入辣椒酱炒匀。
  • 11.加入适量水,搅拌均匀后小火煮20分钟。
