毛毛虫苹果酱面包
外形生动的毛毛虫造型面包,搭配苹果酱馅料,口味香甜,口感松软,老少皆宜。

  • 玉米油20克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酵母2克

Steps to make 毛毛虫苹果酱面包

  • 1.将高粉、糖、盐、牛奶、奶粉、鸡蛋混合成面团,揉至糖完全融合后,加入酵母揉至出粗膜。
  • 2.分5次加入玉米油(每次将油与面团揉匀后再另加入油,要少量逐步加入油才能揉匀),揉至完全扩展状态(出薄膜)。
  • 3.面团发酵约1小时至二倍大。
  • 4.将面团分割成6份,搓成长条形,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 5.将长条形的面团擀开,抹上苹果酱,在靠近馅料1/3处划几刀。
  • 6.卷起成圆柱形。
  • 7.放入铺了锡纸的烤盘里,置温暖处二次发酵至二倍大。
  • 8.表面刷蛋清,140度预热,130度烤30分钟(视自家烤箱温度而定),表面上色加盖锡纸。
