又到秋冬滋补季了。每年这个时候我都会做一大锅红枣枸杞阿胶糕给全家人吃,因为家乡盛产阿胶,最大品牌的阿胶厂东阿阿胶就是我们这里。家里人大部分都在医院工作,所以养生的意识很强烈。中医讲,坚持服用阿胶后会使脸色红润,肌肤细嫩有光泽;并能调经安胎、增强体质、延缓衰老、提高免疫力、改善睡眠、健脑益智、抗疲劳抗辐射、提高血红蛋白含量、升高白细胞、改善骨密度和促进钙吸收,男女老少都可服用”

Steps to make 红枣枸杞阿胶糕

  • 1.准备好辅料,提前两天泡阿胶:敲碎阿胶,用即墨老酒泡上,用保鲜膜封好以免黄酒挥发掉,期间要勤搅拌。等黄酒把阿胶完全泡化才能开始熬胶哦!很多亲们图省事会把阿胶直接打粉,这样会影响阿胶糕的功效。黄酒泡阿胶能够通血脉、活血、养血、滋润肌肤,提升药效!
  • 2.黑芝麻炒香,备用。
  • 3.核桃仁炒香,备用。
  • 4.熬阿胶:中火,倒入黄酒和泡好的阿胶和打粉的老冰糖煮沸后改小火,用木勺不断搅拌30分钟直至挂旗。亲们仔细看我家的挂旗,真正的东阿正品阿胶才能熬出这种血红色的胶来!
  • 5.依次倒入枸杞、核桃仁、红枣、黑芝麻。每倒入一种搅拌均匀后倒下一种,黑芝麻最后倒入,因为是炒熟的而且黑芝麻会迅速吸收阿胶,所以倒入黑芝麻后可以直接关火搅拌,这样不会糊锅。
  • 6.事先准备好模具,用厚的保鲜膜裹上,保鲜膜上刷上香油。趁热倒入熬好的阿胶糕,抹平、压实、晾凉后放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 7.成型后开始切条 切片
