奶酪樱花炸虾棒(日式)
美味的大虾不但营养丰富,而且口感极好,这道菜我一直就想来做,因为不但好吃,而且很好看,这真的是一种生活的体现,嘻嘻,我的最爱!
这道菜用到了奶酪,因为奶酪油炸后会有很大的香味,与虾的配合更加地增加了虾的鲜美,让虾更好吃,在蘸着番茄酱吃,鲜鲜地真是吃得很过瘾!

    Steps to make 奶酪樱花炸虾棒(日式)

    • 1.这是新买来的大虾,非常大,在大虾中选出较大的,我总共用了七只大虾,非常新鲜!挑选大虾的时候就要挑选尾巴勾勾的,这说明是刚刚死的新鲜大虾!
    • 2.将大虾的头去掉,里面有很多的脏东西,一定要去除干净!
    • 3.将虾皮去掉,将虾的脚全部去掉,但是虾的尾巴一定要留下来!
    • 4.将去皮后的大虾放到盆子中清洗干净,特别要将头部的位置清洗干净,东西非常多,清洗过后的大虾会非常亮,非常干净!
    • 5.将清洗过后的大虾放到盘子中,进行初步的按摩,并将其虾尾展开,这样做一是为了保证在炸的过程中虾不至于成团,二是为了让虾尾不至于粘连!
    • 6.将虾从背部剖开,将其中虾的筋取出,黑色的很脏。
    • 7.用刀来剔除,很残忍吧!
    • 8.将割好的虾放到盘子中,很好看吧,嘻嘻,就像7只小鱼一样,好鲜美的感觉啊,嘻嘻,小鲜肉,我喜欢!
    • 9.将面包糠,马苏里拉奶酪、鸡蛋、和各种调料准备好,嘻嘻,开工啦!
    • 10.将虾用酒、盐、米醋、糖、胡椒粉调一下味道!大概要半个小时吧,我不喜欢他重口味,于是时间就比较短,具体可根据自己和家人的喜爱进行调整!
    • 11.将奶酪取出来、面包糠、混匀的鸡蛋液!
    • 12.将奶酪放到大虾的肉里面!这样会提高香味!有种大虾披萨的味道!非常好的味道啊!
    • 13.先蘸上鸡蛋液然后再沾满面包糠!
    • 14.下面我们来条一个小番茄酱,将我们的番茄酱准备好,由于番茄酱颜色比较重,口味也很重,而且很酸,我们就用清糖水来稀释一下,不但会使得口味更好,也会使得颜色鲜艳!
    • 15.将番茄酱放入到糖水中也可,然后进行搅拌!
    • 16.将大虾大概炸到金黄即可,非常香,真的是外酥里嫩!
    • 17.漂亮的尾巴就像樱花一样绽放!好漂亮啊!大爱!
    • 18.嘻嘻整整齐齐排队啦!
    • 19.美不美啊,想不想吃一口呢!
