卡哇伊熊猫饼干
暑假来了,孩子们都放假在家啦,妈妈们就需要想想近两个月的暑假怎么跟孩子们玩得开心,吃的开心了。哇,我们家的娃喜欢熊一、熊二呢,所以就做了卡哇伊版的熊猫饼干,ACA32L的大烤箱,分量做的有点多哈~

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 绵砂糖100克
  • 食盐2克

Steps to make 卡哇伊熊猫饼干

  • 1.黄油软滑后,加入绵砂糖、盐。
  • 2.用打蛋器打至蓬松状态,并打入鸡蛋。
  • 3.继续打发,使鸡蛋和黄油完全融合,成为蓬松状态
  • 4.称90克打发好的黄油筛入100克低筋粉。
  • 5.剩下的180克打发的黄油筛入200克低筋面粉和15克巧克力粉。
  • 6.戴上手套后,将步骤4和步骤5揉成面团。
  • 7.揉面板上铺上一层保鲜膜,然后放上巧克力面团,再铺上一层保鲜膜,然后用擀面杖擀开成厚度约0.3里米的面片;同理,做出原味的面片(厚0.2cm),并放入冰箱冷藏20分钟。
  • 8.撕掉上层的保鲜膜,用模具在巧克力面团上压出熊猫身体;再用熊猫五官模具在原味面团上压出熊猫五官。
  • 9.去除多余的面团,将熊猫身体放到烤盘的吸油纸上,然后将五官放到熊猫身体上即可,无需按压;同理,做出另一款的熊猫。
  • 10.我们家的ACA烤箱170度预热5分钟,将熊猫饼干坯放置中层,上下火,烤18分钟左右。
  • 11. 原味面团变成浅金黄色即可出炉,出炉后转移到烤架上散热即可。
