红糖年糕
红糖年糕在广东也叫甜粑,以前是过年时候的佳品,现在是零食了。搓揉好的年糕非常有弹性,用刀一次又一次地过凉水才能切开,放在嘴里咀嚼QQ的感觉,而红糖的清甜不会让人觉得腻,总是觉得这甜味刚刚好就是刚刚好,我的最爱!平时用蒸糕盘放就好,今天用心型碟蒸,挺养眼的。

  • 粘米粉300克
  • 红糖300克
  • 2茶匙

Steps to make 红糖年糕

  • 1.原材料
  • 2.红糖倒入清水中煮沸,搅匀
  • 3.糯米粉和粘米粉取大约7:3比例,多点少点没关系
  • 4.红糖水分几次倒入粉中搅拌均匀,到最后不够水用也可以用点清水
  • 5.反复搓揉至粉团离手,大约需要15分钟就是图片的状态了
  • 6.蒸糕盘涂抹油,装入粉团,手上也涂上油,用手拍平拍匀
  • 7.放入蒸锅,大火蒸2小时
  • 8.取出放凉就可以吃了,还可以煎炸着吃,一般不用放冰箱,放两天有点硬时,入蒸锅再蒸15分钟就可以了
