菠萝排骨饭

Steps to make 菠萝排骨饭

  • 1.排骨冷水下锅,加入姜片,葱段和适量的料酒,焯水后去除浮沫备用;
  • 2.锅中放入少量冰糖和油,小火慢慢炒糖色;
  • 3.炒到糖完全融化,且变成棕黄色;
  • 4.下入焯过水的排骨;
  • 5.慢慢煸炒排骨, 直至排骨上色;
  • 6.加入适量的水, 生姜, 葱段和干辣椒, 一起煮上十五分钟;
  • 7.菠萝一切为二,掏出菠萝肉,保留完整的外壳;
  • 8. 排骨大火收汁,加入盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀;
  • 9.加入用盐水浸泡过的菠萝,翻炒两分钟后盛入碗中备用;
  • 10.将红米淘好后放入电饭煲中;
  • 11.煮熟好备用;
  • 12.芦笋切成小丁, 加入适量的盐和橄榄油搅拌均匀;
  • 13.再将刚才剩余的菠萝切成小丁放入煮熟的红米饭中,倒入刚调味的芦笋丁;
  • 14.再加入少量的盐到米饭中, 搅拌均匀;
  • 15.将拌好的米饭倒入菠萝壳中, 再摆放些刚烧好的排骨;
  • 16.烧锅开水, 将菠萝排骨米饭放入进去蒸上十分钟;
  • 17.蒸好后拿出来摆放在盘中;
  • 18.赶紧盛上一碗尝尝, 好香呀。
