油焖春笋

  • 老抽半汤匙
  • 白糖半汤匙
  • 白胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 油焖春笋

  • 1.春笋去皮洗净
  • 2.切开切段;
  • 3.将春笋放入沸水中煮3分钟,捞出沥干;
  • 4.葱切段,葱白分开;
  • 5.热油锅,先放葱白炒出香味;
  • 6.再倒入春笋炒一会儿;
  • 7.加盐、酱油、老抽、白糖炒匀上色;
  • 8.加小半碗清水,中火煮5分钟;
  • 9.最后转大火收汁,加少许胡椒粉洒上葱花炒匀就可以了。
