免烤零失败芝士蛋糕

  • 奶油奶酪250g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 香草精1/2茶勺
  • 柠檬汁1/2茶勺
  • 奶油200ml

Steps to make 免烤零失败芝士蛋糕

  • 1.饼干放入保鲜袋内用擀面杖擀碎。
  • 2.融化黄油倒入饼干碎,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.均匀平铺在蛋糕模具内,可以用玻璃杯底压平整。
  • 4.室温奶油奶酪倒入砂糖用电动搅拌器搅拌至润滑蓬松状。
  • 5.加入柠檬汁和香草精,稍微搅拌,融合即可。
  • 6.另一盆内倒入淡奶油,打发。
  • 7.把打发好的奶油倒入奶油奶酪糊内,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.完成的芝士糊倒入模具内,铺平表面。
  • 9.盖上保鲜膜放入冷冻,至少5小时。
  • 10.需要品尝前,提前2小时放入冷藏解冻;或放入室温至软身,切小块,放上水果点缀,即可食用。
