  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 纯糖粉28g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 玉米油100g
  • 1.5克

  • 1.玉米油、糖粉、细砂糖倒入桶内。
  • 2.加入鸡蛋、盐。
  • 3.开厨师机2档打发6分钟。
  • 4.打发至粘稠状。
  • 5.筛入粉类(低粉、奶粉、紫薯粉)。
  • 6.翻拌均匀。
  • 7.把面糊装入裱花袋(SN7092花嘴)。
  • 8.在金盘上挤出花形。
  • 9.花中间点上蓝莓酱。
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱上火170度、下火140度,中层20分钟左右。
  • 11.烤至6分钟时,及时加盖锡纸(保持原色)。
  • 12.取出,用刮板移至烤架上晾凉。
