橘子果酱
婆婆家的院子里好几棵橘子树,每年都要抗回来好多,往年没做过果酱的,如今在这里真是学了不少,会折腾的东西多了,也学着来做做果酱,真是自家的果酱美味天然,吃的又放心呢。自制美食让我的生活变的更充实更快乐了,来一起享受这甜蜜时刻~~

  • 麦芽糖280克左右(白砂糖也可以)

Steps to make 橘子果酱

  • 1.1、将桔子去皮去衣及白膜(老妈帮我弄好的就没过程图了);
  • 2.2、麦芽糖就大概估摸着倒的,量是倒的前后重量相减的数值,比较甜(多少看各自喜好了);
  • 3.3、将两者入锅直接大火煮开后,调小火慢熬(因为剥好的果肉已经冰箱里放置了一个晚上,有些出水了,所以没放水熬起来也比较快,比较干的话需要加水哦);
  • 4.4、熬制颜色较深并且粘稠后即可;
  • 5.5、取密封罐用开水消毒,放入待凉后入冰箱冷藏;
  • 6.6、如果一下子吃不完这么多冷冻起来放置时间可以久些,我就留了一瓶,其他送诺宝的好朋友们了。
