Steps to make 芝士焗大虾

  • 1.大虾洗净沥干水分
  • 2.把大虾开背取出虾线
  • 3.把虾肉敲敲后再横着切三刀
  • 4.在虾肉上撒上海盐和黑胡椒碎,腌制5分钟
  • 5.烤盘垫上锡纸,把大虾排放好
  • 6.先撒上芝士粉
  • 7.接着放上一条芝士片
  • 8.再放上马苏里拉芝士碎
  • 9.最后撒上干迷迭香
  • 10.放人预热好的烤箱200度烤5分钟
