韩式泡菜正宗的不是我这样做,它的做工讲究调料多样,我只是将过程简便了,不过味道还是很正!泡菜可以生吃,可以做泡菜锅,可以炒五花肉等等!

Steps to make 韩式泡菜

  • 1.准备大白菜1个
  • 2.泡菜酱,升元辣白菜调味料1包,网上有售。
  • 3.白菜先不洗去帮一片一片拔开,把较大片的叶子纵切开。
  • 4.在横向切开。
  • 5.切成大块,不用切的很漂亮。
  • 6.切好了,满满一大盆,大白菜内含80%水份,待会你们会知道的。
  • 7.放盐了,放比平时炒菜多3倍盐。
  • 8.我分了两个盆这样方便拌,每一个盆到了2汤勺的盐,这一步是让白菜脱水做准备,不用担心成品咸!撒好盐后两手端盆把大白菜抖匀,静置45-60分钟后白菜出了好多水!
  • 9.白菜要用水洗干净,在用纯净水洗一道,用手挤压去水分,这时盐分几乎都没有了,一大盆变少了。
  • 10.到入辣白菜调味酱半包,在加半汤勺的盐可以了,酱料里有盐味。
  • 11.拌匀是这样的,
  • 12.装入汤盆里,一颗大白菜最后是两汤盆。
  • 13.天冷可以不用放冰箱,如有些地方温度高要放冰箱冷藏,5-6天可以开吃了,我中意吃略带点微酸泡菜。
