自制寿司
寿司这种简约哲学的极致表现,是人的喜爱的美食之一。它的制作食材广泛,用料精良、巧妙搭配、小巧玲珑、颜色艳丽、取自天然、造型多样、颜值颇高、营养倶佳。

Steps to make 自制寿司

  • 1.蒸好的米饭。
  • 2.榨好红芯火龙汁并过滤其渣。
  • 3.将白米饭分成两份。
  • 4.其中1份用红火龙果汁少量多次拌至均匀上色。
  • 5.取出个寿司帘,将黄瓜洗净擦去水份待用。
  • 6.我将寿司上面铺了一层油纸,放入一张寿司海苔。
  • 7.然后均匀的铺上一层白米饭(米饭中我没有加入寿司醋,因为家人喜欢吃原味的)。
  • 8.在白米饭上再铺一张寿司海苔,并用小擀面杖将其擀一下(既可压实米饭又可使其均匀)。
  • 9.再将红火龙果汁米饭均匀的铺在海苔上。
  • 10.放入一根表面无水的黄瓜,准备卷(我这次买的海苔有点小)。
  • 11.将寿司卷卷紧,这样会比较容易切(切的图忘拍了,打开寿司帘,将卷好的寿司卷先一切两半、再将其中一半切一刀,共两刀切成4份)。
  • 12.再把切好的4条,4个角黄瓜朝向各角、中间放入一根小香肠(家里有1个了),然后形状呈长方型状卷紧、卷实(外面用了2张寿司海苔,1张不够的,下次买寿司海苔注意买大张的)切一刀很喜欢的图案。
  • 13.切好摆放一下。
  • 14.在家也能品尝一款好吃又好看的寿司啦(这两天做了两次没吃够,今应邀再做)。
  • 15.这个图案的确很漂亮的,两种颜色的米饭,黄瓜、香肠、海苔随意搭配、简单一卷、艺术意境、呈现眼帘。
