香蕉450克、炼乳70克、色拉油80克、白糖45克、鸡蛋2个、低筋粉200克、泡打粉10克

Steps to make 香蕉蛋糕

  • 1.原料合影
  • 2.香蕉去皮切碎搅拌成香蕉糊
  • 3.鸡蛋和白糖搅拌均匀,到发泡状态。
  • 4.加入炼乳搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入色拉油拌匀
  • 6.再放入香蕉糊搅拌均匀
  • 7.低筋粉和泡打粉过筛,倒入鸡蛋香蕉糊中拌匀即可。
  • 8.把面糊倒入模具中,八分满。表面挤少许的黄油;
