    • 1.新鲜海虾洗净去须。
    • 2.开背。
    • 3.用盐、胡椒粉、料酒腌半个小时左右入味。

    • 5.入油锅中炸两至三分钟至外壳脆。
    • 6.锅中底少许底油,入番茄酱炒香。
    • 7.加入适量水,煮开。
    • 8.加入炸好的虾。
    • 9.根据自已的口味添加糖。
    • 10.收汁。
    • 11.加入熟白芝麻。
    • 12.出锅摆盘。
