自制山楂糕
又到了吃山楂的季节,怎么能错过这美味酸甜的山楂糕呢,好吃又开胃。刚好上周舅妈给了一大包的山楂,颜色红润,看着特别有食欲。外面卖的山楂糕的难免有添加剂和明胶,吃着不放心,自己在家做干净又卫生,今天就给大家分享我的做法,简单好操作。

  • 黄冰糖50克
  • 柠檬汁几滴

Steps to make 自制山楂糕

  • 1.首先把山楂清洗干净,最好用盐水浸泡十分钟。
  • 2.用勺子柄挖出蒂部。
  • 3.准备一锅清水,准备好的山楂冷水下锅,水能没过山楂即可,大火煮开,把山楂煮熟即可,山楂是很容易熟的,基本水沸1-2分钟就差不多了。
  • 4.煮好的山楂捞出来,过下冷水。
  • 5.去核,并且把筋也一并去掉。
  • 6.把山楂果肉放料理机,再加入煮山楂的水打成泥,全部打好后,准备个筛网,过筛一下,效果更佳。
  • 7.将山楂糊倒入不粘锅中,调中小火开始不停地搅动炒制。
  • 8.大约炒至十来分钟,加入细砂糖跟黄冰糖,继续小火翻炒。
  • 9.当全部的糖完全融化,再滴入少许柠檬汁,继续炒到山楂糊变得明显黏稠,并且可以挂在铲子上不容易滴落的状态就可以关火了。
  • 10.取一个深碗,内壁刷油防粘。
  • 11.将炒好的山楂糊倒入碗中,震动一下碗,表面抹平,放置室温冷却就好了。
  • 12.将冷却好的山楂糕取出来,切成小块就可以直接吃了。酸酸甜甜特别开胃,饭后吃两块,清爽解油腻。
