圣诞姜饼
圣诞节到了,姜饼是我的最喜欢饼干之一,不仅好吃,还能一起玩,在饼干上画画,有趣又好吃。这款饼干除了姜粉比较少见之后,其他都是基础饼干的食材。做饼干我喜欢用金龙鱼烘焙粉蛋糕、饼干专用的低筋面粉,做出来饼干蓬松软软,容易成型,淡淡的清香,很好吃。

  • 黄油45克

  • 糖粉25克
  • 鸡蛋15克
  • 姜粉1克

Steps to make 圣诞姜饼

  • 1.饼干食材:低筋粉100克、红糖粉15克、盐1克、糖粉25克、鸡蛋15克、黄油45克、姜粉1克。装饰食材:糖粉30克、蛋清2克、柠檬汁2克。
  • 2.红糖粉和全蛋液混合,搅拌均匀无颗粒状,如果是片状的红糖要用隔水加热的方式,融化红糖。
  • 3.黄油切块室温内软化,加入糖粉、盐,用打蛋器打发至体积膨松;
  • 4.把红糖粉蛋液搅拌均匀的倒入,继续打发至膨松的黄油糊。
  • 5.低筋粉面粉、姜粉搅拌均匀过筛;
  • 6.过筛的低筋面粉,加入黄油糊里,刮刀搅拌均匀,不要用力太大,完全混合即可。
  • 7.面团放入硅油纸上,用擀面杖擀开,然后用饼干模具刻出饼干胚,把多余的边角继续揉搓擀薄,刻出饼干胚
  • 8.把饼干均匀放入烤盘,我的烤盘是28*28,这个量刚好可以烤一盘。
  • 9.烤箱预热,上下火175度,放入中层,烤16分钟,饼干的大小和烤箱不同,温度和时间略有差异。
  • 10.糖粉、蛋清、柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,装入裱花袋,
  • 11.烤好的饼干,放凉,用裱花袋的糖霜,画出自己喜欢的图案,也可以有五彩缤纷的颜色。
