咸香黄金汤圆

Steps to make 咸香黄金汤圆

  • 1.将南瓜切成薄块,放入碗中, 加入少量的水, 再微波炉中高火8分钟;
  • 2. 趁热用勺将南瓜碾成泥;
  • 3. 分次加入的糯米粉;
  • 4.直到和成光滑的面团;
  • 5. 肉馅中放入盐,姜末, 葱末, 料酒, 胡椒粉等调味料;
  • 6. 顺着同一方向搅拌上劲备用;
  • 7. 取成小团南瓜汤糯米粉面团, 将中间放入适量的肉馅;
  • 8.搓成小汤圆备用;
  • 9. 将锅烧热, 放入适量的油, 下入南瓜汤圆翻炒, 直至表皮金黄, 层出备用;
  • 10.再在锅中放入少量的油,下入雪里红和红辣椒丁翻炒;
  • 11.翻炒一下后加入南瓜汤圆继续炒上两分钟;
  • 12.盛入碗中。
