  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.排骨清洗干净,用清水浸泡30分钟把里面的血水浸泡出来,洗净滤干后放入容器中,加盐和生抽,蚝油和料酒或白酒,芝麻香油和腐乳,生姜切末和栗子一起放入搅拌均匀腌制4-5小时中间再搅拌一次(天热放冰箱冷藏)盖上保鲜膜。
  • 3.把糯米洗净后加适量清水浸泡4-5小时后滤干水分;把荷叶轻轻清洗一下。
  • 4.准备一个大点的容器,把腌制好的排骨和糯米放入一起搅拌均匀,然后把荷叶放入中蒸笼,我家没有蒸笼就把荷叶铺入镂空的碗中,把搅拌好的糯米排骨铺入碗中,用荷叶轻轻地包起来。
  • 5.蒸锅内放入足够的水,把排骨糯米放入,水开后大火蒸1个小时转中小火焖15分钟即可取出。
  • 6.蒸的期间把莲蓬的莲子剥好,小辣椒去籽切圈,香葱切碎末。
  • 7.打开荷叶把莲子香葱和小辣椒撒上即可。
  • 8.泡上茶一壶,品尝一口鲜香软糯的荷叶排骨糯米饭,这才是这个夏天该有的味道。
