以前烙饼都是用平底锅,家里有了空气炸锅,可以实现不开火,没有油烟的烹饪了。好吃的千层小饼用空气炸锅也可以做哦,外皮脆脆的,里面是软的、多层的。

Steps to make 千层小饼

  • 1.原料:面粉,盐,黑芝麻,葵花籽油。
  • 2.盐与面粉混合,加入清水。
  • 3.和成比较软的面团,面团比较粘手,盖上保鲜膜醒面30分钟,为了增加面团的筋性。面团水分多,烤出来的饼内部就比较软。
  • 4.醒好的面团一分为四,不要揉面,直接将面团按扁,慢慢的擀成长方形,这时面团的延展性很好。
  • 5.面片上涂抹葵花籽油,撒点干面粉,再撒上黑芝麻。
  • 6.将面团从一侧向另一侧卷起来,再折叠成小正方形。
  • 7.再擀开成大的,薄一些的饼胚。
  • 8.ACA空气炸锅,先预热5分钟,再将饼胚放入锅里的烤架上。
  • 9.温度为200度,时间设置13分钟。
  • 10.中间打开炸篮,给饼胚翻面,可以在饼皮上刷食用油再继续烤,也可以不刷,烤到外皮两面都是金黄色即可。等饼出锅,凉一下再切,饼的分层就会出现。
  • 11.外皮薄薄的,脆脆的,里面咬一口有芝麻的香气,软软的,很好吃。
