    • 1.各材料,干香菇预先泡透(选用有自然裂纹的花菇,特香)
    • 2.把清水放锅内,下泡透的花菇
    • 3.中火煮熟香菇,约30分钟
    • 4.把姜末、黄酒、清鸡汤与调味材料混合煮沸待用
    • 5.把黄酒调味汁与虑去水份的香菇泡30分钟以上
    • 6.吃时撒香菜梗,淋下亚麻籽油即可食用
