色素大家都很排斥,但是利用天然色素基本都会接受的,尤其是水果,不管是孩子大人都会喜欢的,吃起来颜色就让心情愉快起来了,再加上淡淡的水果味,糯糯的口感,哇,不说了,看图吧。。。

Steps to make 健康彩色水果小圆子

  • 1.火龙果去掉外皮,把这层红色的皮剥下。
  • 2.芒果去皮去核备用。
  • 3.把火龙果皮和芒果稍加一点水,分别放入料理机打成泥状。
  • 4.芒果泥加入糯米粉。
  • 5.火龙果皮泥里加入糯米粉。
  • 6.和成软硬适中的木糯米粉面团。
  • 7.把粉色面团揪成小剂子。
  • 8.团成小圆子。
  • 9.黄色面团重复上面的做法。
  • 10.把小圆子都做好放到盘中。
  • 11.锅里放入醪糟和水烧开。
  • 12.放入小圆子,小圆子浮起来就好了。
  • 13.加一勺白糖调味即可。
  • 14.鲜亮的颜色。。。。。
