抹茶牛奶卷面包

Steps to make 抹茶牛奶卷面包

  • 1.把除黄油外的所有面团原料放入面包机中搅拌20分钟后加入黄油再搅拌20分钟。
  • 2.揉出手套膜。
  • 3.放入容器中盖上保鲜膜发酵至2--2.5倍大。
  • 4.把面团按压排气,等分成10份,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 5.用擀面棍擀开。
  • 6.两个长边分别向中间折。
  • 7.再稍稍擀开。
  • 8.把两端分别向中间卷。
  • 9.摆放在烤盘内,依次做好。放温暖湿润处发酵至2倍大。
  • 10.发酵好的面团表面轻轻筛一层高粉,用锋利的刀片划出花纹。
  • 11.烤箱预热,170度约烘焙18分钟。
