Steps to make 炫彩汤圆

  • 1.将花生芝麻用料理机打磨成粉,放入白糖,猪油,调匀。
  • 2.菠菜,紫薯,南瓜洗净沥干。
  • 3.将以上三种蔬菜用料理机打汁,去渣取汁。
  • 4.把蔬菜汁分别和江米面和面,不要太软,每个面团取四分之一放锅里煮熟后,再和入原来生面团揉匀,是为了让面团有更好地延展行,不易破裂。
  • 5.四种面团取适量,擀片。
  • 6.把面片擀均匀,按颜色依次白紫绿黄,自下而上罗列,向上卷曲。
  • 7.卷好后切成均匀小剂子。
  • 8.用手捏成小碗的形状,放入馅料,捏紧接口,搓圆。
  • 9.汤圆底部粘少许生粉,放入模具中冷冻保存。
