【可口可乐—家庭健康火锅】----------四川味道的麻辣鸡火锅
四川曾经流行一种吃法,叫烧鸡公,一大锅端上来,里面装着烧制好的公鸡,把烧好的鸡肉吃得差不多后,再加汤煮其它的菜菜吃,其实也就是鸡肉火锅了。

猪猪曾经出了一篇贴子,是很清淡的养生火锅,但说实话,提起火锅,我想大部分同学的脑海里最先想到的应该是四川的麻辣火锅吧,所以决定再发一篇麻辣味道火锅的贴子,这样感觉才对得起自己喜欢不同口味的味蕾。

  • 干辣椒一把
  • 花椒一把
  • 一大块
  • 大葱一根
  • 八角3个
  • 香叶4片
  • 三奈3个
  • 桂皮一块
  • 辣酱一大勺

Steps to make 【可口可乐—家庭健康火锅】----------四川味道的麻辣鸡火锅

  • 1.鸡洗净切块。
  • 2.把鸡肉用水焯一遍。
  • 3.锅里放油,多放一些,因为今天是做火锅,火开到最小,冷锅下油,放入干辣椒、花椒、八角、香叶、三奈和桂皮,小火炸一会,我炸了大概10分钟。
  • 4.放入冰糖熔化。
  • 5.冰糖熔化后加入姜片蒜瓣和大葱段,再加入辣酱,多放一些,我拍的图片上这个辣酱的量最后证明不够哈,所以后来又补加了一些。
  • 6.大火翻炒均匀。
  • 7.把鸡肉倒下去翻炒,翻炒的过程中放入料酒老抽胡椒粉,最后再加一些花椒和辣椒。
  • 8.稍加翻炒后加入热水,大火烧开后,小火慢炖40分钟左右。
  • 9.40分钟后,鸡肉熟了,这个时候就可以吃了,鸡肉吃得差不多后,再加入自己喜欢的菜菜煮着吃,鸡肉火锅便完成了。
  • 10.今天的豆腐比较特别,看图片,这家的豆腐特别香,是有专利号的豆腐哦。
  • 11.麻辣味道的,好棒。
  • 12.再加点香菜,味道也很棒哈。
