Steps to make 夹心猪肉卷

  • 1.将肉深切一刀(不要切断),向两边展开成一大片。烤箱预热200度。
  • 2.将大红椒、洋葱,青葱,西红柿干切成丁。
  • 3.放入搅拌器,加入适量的盐和黑胡椒粉搅拌成蓉。
  • 4.将搅拌好的菜蓉抹在肉上。
  • 5.将肉卷好,并用绳子捆上。在肉的外表撒上盐和黑胡椒粉。
  • 6.放进烤箱烤50-60分钟至熟。稍凉后切块,淋上酱汁一起吃。
