酸梅酱鸭
我儿子特别爱吃烧鸭配酸梅酱,我就想呀,烧鸭毕竟吃多了不好。我就想着自己试试做鸭配酸梅酱的口味。没想到做出来,还挺不错的,又简单,儿子吃了一整盘,配了3碗饭,连汁都不放过!**

Steps to make 酸梅酱鸭

  • 1.蒜头,姜片准备好。
  • 2.爆香。
  • 3.放入洗干净的半只鸭,煎香。
  • 4.反面也煎一下。
  • 5.我怕会飙油,所以盖个盖子。
  • 6.加入酱油,老抽,盐,酸梅汁,冰糖,米醋,大火烧开,中文焖煮。
  • 7.是不是翻个面。
  • 8.大概20分钟左右。鸭基本就熟了。
  • 9.大火收汁。
  • 10.把鸭捞出来放凉,汤汁倒在碗里备用。
  • 11.放凉砍块,摆盘。
  • 12.淋上酱汁就可以吃了。
