苹果小松饼
为了吃渣宝宝,老母亲真是操碎了心。晚上又不怎么吃饭,怕他饿着,做了一款小点心。

  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 泡打粉1g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 苹果半只
  • 白砂糖15g
  • 黄油10g

Steps to make 苹果小松饼

  • 1.苹果去皮切块。
  • 2.加水,到最低刻度100ml处,打苹果汁。
  • 3.把除黄油外的全部材料混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.黄油融化,倒入搅拌好的面糊中。
  • 5.搅拌好的面糊,静止30分钟。
  • 6.锅烧热,转小火。
  • 7.舀一勺面糊。
  • 8.不想背面太糊的,就在面糊周边凝固的时候翻面。
  • 9.也可以等中间熟了再翻,不过这样的背面就会比较焦香。
  • 10.翻面再煎一下,面糊全熟就可以出锅了。
  • 11.怕小饼不够圆的,也可以借助慕斯圈固定形状哦,不过自己家里吃的,我觉得没有必要。
  • 12.松软可口的小松饼就做好了。宝宝一口气可以吃三个。
