豆渣的花样年华——黑豆枸杞花环面包
前天上了一个“南瓜豆渣奶酪面包”,今天再上一个豆渣面包——黑豆枸杞花环面包,当时使用黑豆、黑芝麻和枸杞子打得豆浆,将过滤后的豆渣做成了这个面包,做成花环形状,再撒上瓜子仁,被很多人弃之不用的豆渣是不是就会华丽丽的变身呢?

  • 黄油20克

Steps to make 豆渣的花样年华——黑豆枸杞花环面包

  • 1.将主料放入面包桶。
  • 2.和面20分钟再放入黄油搅打20分钟进行发酵。
  • 3.发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.排气后分成7等分松弛15分钟。
  • 5.取一面团搓成长约50厘米的条状。
  • 6.如图所示,将面条摆成“6”字,将一端压在下面,另一端穿过去(像条蛇一样哈)
  • 7.做成花环状。
  • 8.逐一做好所有面包坯。
  • 9.送入烤箱中层做最后发酵,成2倍大,刷蛋液,撒上瓜子仁。
  • 10.将烤箱170度预热,烤制15-18分钟。
