百合银耳秋梨汤

Steps to make 百合银耳秋梨汤

  • 1.新鲜百合(这是没有经过漂白处理的百合,外层是粉红的)
  • 2.准备好所有食材并洗干净(银耳莲子提前泡好、莲子要去心)
  • 3.砂锅里放入撕碎的银耳,先倒入莲子
  • 4.红枣也掰开放进锅里
  • 5.接着放入梨和冰糖
  • 6.最后倒上适量的水大火烧开
  • 7.烧开后关小火炖煮2小时
  • 8.炖的银耳软烂快好时,把百合倒进去再煮5分钟关火,盛出就可以享用了
