Steps to make 轻松做油条

  • 1.原料:面粉500克,鸡蛋2个,白糖10克,油条膨松剂20克,温水
  • 2.面粉,白糖,油条膨松剂混合至容器中
  • 3.打入2个鸡蛋
  • 4.冲入约50度的温水
  • 5.和成面团(手上抹少许食用油防粘),加盖饧30分钟
  • 6.案板上抹上油,把饧好的面团按成长形,并切成小条
  • 7.两个小条叠放在一起,用筷子用力压一下
  • 8.锅内倒适量食用油,烧至约200度
  • 9.油条胚扭一下放入锅内,用筷子来回翻动,
  • 10.炸至金黄色捞出沥油即可
  • 11.成品
