芝士虾
爱芝士,不仅爱它浓郁的奶香,还爱它拉成丝的样子。芝士,其实就是奶酪,大概是大家觉得牛奶营养丰富,而芝士又是牛奶浓缩而成,对待芝士也是格外上心,超市里儿童芝士就足以证明大家对芝士的关注度。
你以为芝士只是拿来做披萨和奶酪蛋糕吗?那就难免太小看芝士了。现在很多中式菜也结合芝士做出很多美味的菜肴。比如芝士虾,芝士排骨等等。一想到"一拉成丝"的芝士是不是就欲罢不能了呢。
对于芝士的诱惑不是三言两语就能说清的,那就只能用一盘芝士虾来证明。在众多的芝士菜里面,菜菜屋更爱芝士虾,被芝士包裹的虾除了浓郁的奶香,还有白白嫩嫩的虾肉,一口芝士,一口虾肉,趁热还可以拉丝,一半的芝士在嘴里,另一半还连在虾身上,一边还呼赤呼赤吐着气,因为太烫了。(这种感觉巴适惨了)
为了帮助大家做好一盘能拉丝的芝士虾,菜菜屋选用的是马苏里拉芝士。万事俱备只欠东风。现在就开干吧。

  • 芝士300g
  • 五花肉末80g
  • 泡椒30g

Steps to make 芝士虾

  • 1.提前将原材料准备好
  • 2.先把大虾减去虾须,用刀葱从背部切开去除虾线
  • 3.去虾线的时候下刀不能太深,不能完全切断,尾部处不切
  • 4.将去除虾线的虾用料酒、盐、葱、姜片腌制入味至少30分钟
  • 5.泡椒切碎待用
  • 6.锅内倒少量油,将五花肉末倒入锅中煸炒出油后下泡椒
  • 7.因为泡椒里面含有盐分,所以无需放盐,将肉末炒好后装盘
  • 8.将腌制入味的虾平铺在烤盘内
  • 9.将炒好的肉末塞入虾身内
  • 10.然后平铺一层芝士
  • 11.烤箱提前10分钟分钟预热,将处理好的虾送入烤箱内,上下200度8分钟即可
  • 12.烤熟后取出装盘,趁热食用拉丝效果更好
